Our Story
Our journey began in Norway in 1996 on a drive to deliver energy efficient and lowest possible cost of water by tackling the high energy consumption of seawater desalination through the development of our groundbreaking energy recovery technology, the Recuperator.
Over the years, through the differentiator of our technology, we have delivered seawater desalination plants in the Middle East, China, SE Asia, Europe and Africa.
In 2014, with the increasing challenges facing industrial users, we increased our offering in the industrial sector with the acquisition of two operation and maintenance companies in Australia focusing on delivering and operating water treatment assets for the mining, power generation, municipal, food & beverage, and heavy industry.
2019 has brought further growth with acquisition of a prominent South East Asian Industrial Water and Wastewater Treatment Technology company bringing in a wealth of experience in delivering process solutions for the semiconductor, power, mining, pulp & paper, food & beverage, and oil & gas sector.
Adding to our growth we have partnered and acquired emerging technologies that will help treat the most difficult of waters, maximize recovery and resources from waste streams, and increase operational efficiency.
As the world globally is undergoing digital transformation, through our partnership with Intelliflux, we are helping clients achieve advanced digitization of their plants through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) making them smart, sustainable, efficient and ulti mately lowering the cost of water.
