Aqualyng and Earth Water Group form strategic alliance to increase footprint and bolster capabilities in growing water markets

Aqualyng Holding AS (“Aqualyng”), a leading international desalination company, and Earth Water Group (“EWG”), one of the fastest growing and diversified water companies in India, have formed a strategic alliance.  Mr. Sunil Ghorawat, Founder and Managing Director of Earth Water Group, has also been appointed as CEO for Aqualyng Holding AS.

Aqualyng is one of the leading developers and operators of sea water desalination plants, with several large projects currently completed and in progress in Asia.  With its patented energy recovery device, the RecuperatorTM, the Company offers lowest life cycle cost for Sea Water Reverse Osmosis,and has successfully installed plants in three continents since commencingoperations in 1996.

Earth Water Group, with its group companies Fontus, Aventura, Geist and a number of strategic technology investments, offers a total solution provider for water projects, products andservices. The Company has traditionally focused on India and the Indian subcontinent, and offers solutions for industrial wastewater, desalination as well as technology components for the water industry.
